Sales Manager

Your dedicated sales representative stays engaged throughout the entire project—participating in meetings, helping resolve any questions or challenges, and working closely with the project operations team to ensure objectives, key milestones, timelines, and budgets are consistently met.

Project Manager

Your Construction Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing every phase of the project. This includes defining scope, developing schedules, managing budgets, sourcing materials and labour, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring all regulatory and permitting requirements are met.

They closely monitor progress, maintain quality standards, and enforce safety protocols while working collaboratively with clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners. This structured approach ensures smooth execution, timely completion, and successful project delivery in line with industry best practices.

Project Coordinator

Your Construction Project Coordinator provides essential administrative and coordination support to the Project Manager, assisting with the day-to-day organization of the project. Responsibilities include document control, scheduling support, procurement coordination, subcontractor communication, and maintaining accurate project records.

Working closely with the Project Manager and project team, the Project Coordinator helps track progress, support budget management, and ensure clear communication among all stakeholders—contributing to smooth operations and efficient project delivery from start to finish.

Site Supervisor

The Construction Site Supervisor manages the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans. Responsibilities include supervising construction crews, coordinating subcontractors, managing materials and equipment, and enforcing site safety standards.

The Site Supervisor monitors progress, maintains quality control, and reports regularly to the Project Manager to ensure schedules and milestones are met. Their hands-on leadership plays a key role in delivering projects on time, to specification, and in compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

Site Assistant / Crew Leader

The Construction Site Assistant / Crew Lead supports the Site Supervisor in coordinating and overseeing in-house construction crews on site. They assist with daily operations, task coordination, and ensuring work is performed safely and in compliance with project requirements.

Responsibilities may include assigning tasks, guiding team members, monitoring progress, maintaining site documentation, and coordinating with subcontractors as needed. By providing hands-on leadership and support, the Site Assistant / Crew Lead plays an important role in maintaining efficient site operations and contributing to the successful completion of each project.
